Of course, the National Yoga Meeting is designed to receive practitioners of all levels and with the intention of allowing you to explore different styles and perspectives with expert professional teachers who will guide you so you can enjoy the experience.

The National Yoga Gathering offers a diversity of styles of Hatha Yoga such as Ashtanga, Restorative Yoga, Vinyasa, Kundalini as well as meditation, Tantra yoga, Bhakti Yoga and more.

No, you can decide the pace and classes you want.

No, this year you will need to review the schedule and plan ahead which classes you want to attend to be on time before class. You must train to be able to enter the class and room of your interest.

It is recommended to arrive to class minutes early and with a tolerance of 5 minutes after out of respect for other practitioners.

Yes, at the event we will not have loan and/or rental of mats.

Comfortable clothes, a bottle of water, a washcloth and a great desire to learn.

The event is family-friendly, however the classes are not designed especially for boys and girls.
